We are pleased to announce that our Prefab business is moving from Cwmbran to Southampton this month to join the rest of the company. Through this move, we will be able to accommodate the growing needs of our prefab division within Essco Group’s new facilities.
Our facilities are located on a business park three miles from the centre of Southampton, where we have 16,000 sq. ft. over two floors, including office, warehouse, assembly and dispatch space.
From the 1st of July, Essco Prefab will be fully operational at the following address – J1 Adanac North, Adanac Drive, Southampton, SO16 0BT.

The continuing mission of Essco Prefab is to provide engineered offsite heating, hot water, and electrical prefabricated solutions to meet your needs and budget. This includes packaged plant rooms, skids and prefab utility cupboards for heat networks and commercial buildings.
