A range of safety valves for air source heat pumps, designed to protect the heat pump and plate heat exchanger from freezing and potential damage during a power outage in cold weather.
If the media temperature falls below 3°C, the valve opens to release water and allow warmer water to circulate. It then closes again once the temperature reaches 4°C.
