We’re pleased to welcome Spencer Martin to the business as Specification Manager.
With more than two decades in the HVAC sector, Spencer brings extensive experience supporting building services projects across both residential and commercial developments. His background includes working closely with consultants, developers and contractors on heat network and underfloor heating schemes, helping ensure systems move smoothly from design stage through to delivery.
At Essco, Spencer will focus on developing and reviewing product and system specifications that support real project requirements. His role involves working alongside our internal teams and engaging with project stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, compliant and ready to be built.
Spencer’s experience across large scale residential heat network projects and commercial underfloor heating schemes gives him a strong understanding of the challenges faced during specification. This knowledge helps ensure the products and systems selected are aligned with the needs of the project and the expectations of the design team.
