Richard Stammers

As Managing Director, Richard is responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction to ensure that the company achieves its financial performance and long-term goals.

With an MBA from Oxford Brookes, Richard has worked with SMEs in the HVAC sector for over 25 years and has been Essco’s Managing Director since 2015.

Outside of work, he’s a keen sailor and cyclist and enjoys walks with his dog, Charlie.

What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?

My goal this year is to learn how to sea swim and try and swim the Lyme Splash next year! This is a 3.15k swim that starts on the sandy beach in Lyme Regis and finishes in Charmouth.
