Danny Middleton

Danny joined the business in 2026, and his role involves understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable solutions. He takes pride in being the face-to-face, day-to-day contact who supports our customers from start to finish.

With a background in National Sales Management, Danny enjoys building relationships and working together to grow, while demonstrating the value he can add to his customers’ businesses through a planned strategy. He also spent eight years refereeing professional football. A career-ending injury brought him to a standstill, and he now looks forward to new success with Essco Group.

Outside of work, he loves playing golf and going to the gym with his son, who is his sidekick at every session. Family film night every Friday is also an important day in their house. A perfect work-life balance.
