Paul Rees

Paul heads up our Prefab division. On a typical day, you can find him quoting packaged plant rooms and prefabricated utility cupboards, overseeing designs and managing projects.

After starting his career as an apprentice 19 years ago, Paul has progressed up the ladder to hold various M&E roles. His qualifications include an HNC and bachelor’s degree in building services engineering and he is also gas safe registered.

In his younger years, he played four sports at county level, including tennis, basketball, football and athletics. Currently recovering from knee surgery, Paul hopes to be back on the tennis court and playing 5-a-side football soon. With two children aged 7 and 8, most of his downtime is spent with the family. He’s also a Cub Scout leader and enjoys watching movies and going to music gigs.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?

Taking a project from conception to completion and delivering a quality, high-end engineered product at the end of it.

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?

I would like similar powers to Thor, so super strength and the ability to control the weather, with the ability to fly and be unfazed when faced with adversity.
