Prefab Utility Cupboards for Heat Networks
With communal heating in apartments on the rise, many developers are choosing to install prefabricated utility cupboards to reduce cost and risk. This also allows them to deliver projects ahead of schedule.
Our utility cupboards are supplied fully fitted, pre-tested and ready to install on-site.
Typically, they include –
- Heat Interface Unit
- Cooling Interface Unit (Optional)
- Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery unit
- Water Meter Assembly
- All associated piping and electricals

Units feature first-class components, including the market-leading valve from ESBE and intelligent electronic flow and temperature control technology.
Packaged Plant Rooms and Skids
