Hospital
Our local HOSPITAL gets it’s heating and hot water from the heat network. The plant room benefits from the following products for flow, isolation and balancing control –

Nut & Flange Pub
At the NUT & FLANGE PUB, locals are drinking the Essco Ale, which is made in the Microbrewery on site.
The following products provide turbidity measurement and phase separation for the brewing process –

- Optek Turbidity, Colour, Haze and Phase Separation
Orchard View Apartments
The residents at ORCHARD VIEW APARTMENTS enjoy independent heating and hot water supplied by the heat network with heat interface units in each home.
Control and metering of the heating and hot water is provided via –
Barracks
Down at the BARRACKS, heating and hot water for the accommodation blocks and leisure centre are provided by an Essco offsite packaged plant room.
Wastewater Treatment Plant
Wastewater is treated and processed at the SEWERAGE PLANT to provide clean water to the town.
The following water monitoring instrumentation is used –
- Hach Solitax Immersion Probe for pH, Conductivity, Turbidity and Odor
- GWF sonico® EDGE Flow Measurement
- Proteus Multiparameter Water Quality Meter
- Samson FOCUS-1 flow measurement, pressure and temperature sensing and precise control
Big Data Centre
The BIG DATA CENTRE uses chilled water UV filtration to keep everything cool, which is delivered via an Essco emergency water kiosk plant room.
Little Essco School
LITTLE ESSCO SCHOOL has a well controlled plant room, with the heating system being supplied from the heat network.
Plant room temperature, isolation and flow control is provided by the following –

Gin Distillery
Our GIN DISTILLERY has a gas fired heating, hot water and chilled water system.
Measurement of temperature, pressure, flow, turbidity and colour is provided using the following –

- Armstrong Steam SAGE UMT® Steam Trap Testing Tool
- H & B Sensors – Industrial Temperature and level Sensors
Orchard Grove Estate
Welcome to ORCHARD GROVE ESTATE, where each home is heated using an air source heat pump and UFH system.
Homes benefit from the following renewable system controls for flow, isolation and balancing –

Water monitoring technology ensures that RIVER COLE stays crystal clear and healthy.
